Our CEO has over 25 years of consulting experience in multiple business sectors including: healthcare, engineering, K-12 schools, manufacturing, food service, digital advertising, higher education, child care, financial services, and banking.  She has worked with leaders and business owners in for-profit, non-profit,

and non-governmental organizations business structures.  She carries strong

KSA's in accounting, finance, Human Resources, logistics, facilities management, customer service, marketing, project management, information technology, business turn-around, purchasing & inventory, client facing operations, back-office operations, and building businesses either from the ground up or by turning around a 35 year old manufacturing company.

All intern positions are non-paid positions but can often earn bonuses.

Our consultants join us under our "Business Partners" platform which means,

you don't have to change your company name to join us - we will market you either by name or by your company name.  Moving your business under our "Business Partners" platform means that we own the client relationship but you manage your own schedule and service selections.  We handle all of the lead generation, back-office operations, your training and professional development, and the promotion of your skills to our clients.

Most consultants enjoy a 1099 compensation package and our team-leader positions are either 1099 or salaried positions.

Our team-based consultants cover incoming business needs from a variety of business sectors.  FT or PT you set your schedule in advance of receiving any assignments.  Consulting positions carry a great future opportunity to become a FT consulting team leader after demonstrating strength in building a book of business as well as in all consulting areas within the subject matter.

Human Resources Consultant (HRC)

Responsibilities: (not all inclusive)

  • Creating strong relationships with clients & stakeholders

  • Conducting client interviews and establishing clear expectations

  • Facilitating research, focus groups, and creating surveys

  • Creating and delivering presentations

  • Interim service support for clients experiencing a transition at the HR leadership level

  • Utilizing market data and other HR resources to provide recommendations for implementation

  • HR due diligence in the evaluation of HR policies

  • Executive search for senior level positions

  • Providing best practice advice for senior leaders

  • Team player: working collaboratively with other consulting team members and delivering results with excellence and delivering on time

  • Business development: building your reputation and your book of business

  • Geographical locations:

Required skills:

  • Masters Degree in HR, OD, or related field of study

  • Proven depth and breadth of HR knowledge across all functional disciplines is a must

  • Payroll experience at the senior level - minimum 2 years

  • 10 years of experience with compensation & compensation analysis processes, state and federal HR compliance using HR audit and assessment tools, employee relations including unions, benefits management, recruiting, and conflict resolution

  • Superior communication skills: verbally, formal writing, and email writing

  • SPHR, SHRM-SCP certification a must

 

Leadership Coach Consultant (LCC) 

We are searching for executive & leadership coaches with a required minimum of 5 years experience working with executives at the director and C-suite levels. 

 

You need to have great references and a track record of excellence to move forward in this role.  Masters degree in counseling or psychology is a must have, coaching certification is a plus.  

This vital consulting position moves from team to team as clients request coaching services.  Your ability to mold to various personalities while providing an 'obvious value' is key to success in this role. 

In this role, you will be required to train other consultants on how to sell your services to their clients.
