Debra Dee Bradford

Founder &


Debra is a people strategist who possesses a highly developed business acumen.  She is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of ODL Business Partners, Incorporated and is an Adjunct Professor at Villanova University teaching the Master's Certificate in Human Resources Management program.  Debra is recognized as a senior level Organizational Development professional and a subject matter expert speaker at SHRM Chapters covering the East Coast.


Her educational background includes a BS in Healthcare Management, a BS in Human Resources Management, from Chestnut Hill College; and also a MS in Organizational Development and Leadership, from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dee, as she affectionately likes to be called, has served as a member of senior leadership in several organizations, and on many non-profit boards over the past 30 years. In addition to her responsibilities in Human Resources department management, she has held leadership positions in Accounting, IT, Customer Service, Advertising, Sales, Operations, and Coaching.


She spent over 10 years as a business analyst helping business owners find solutions for underperforming business metrics and guiding clients through the turn-around process as well as their strategic planning process.  This body of work gave her an up front view of organizational behavior and was the genesis of ODL's philosophy. Her work spans a variety of business sectors: higher education, manufacturing, technology, food service, digital advertising, engineering, healthcare, governmental agencies, franchises, real estate, retail, and brokerage services.


A member of Sigma Beta Delta, Dee is an ‘out of the box’ business problem thinker and a friend to everyone she meets. In her opinion, the best relationships have matched expectations and her favorite quote is:

Ram Srinivasan
Organizational Catalyst

Ram Srinivasan is an Organizational Catalyst!.  He has a very unique distinction of being a Certified Scrum Trainer, an Innovation Games® Qualified Instructor and a Professional Coach who specializes in coaching teams and organizations. His mission is to help his clients build great organizations and he does this by focusing on people, process and product development. 

Ram holds a Masters degree in Engineering from The University of Arizona.  He and his wife are currently based out of Boston, MA and Toronto, Canada.  

Starting out as a developer and later moving to hold various roles including software architect, Project /Program Manager, and executive coach, Ram strives for excellence.  He has coached, mentored and consulted from teams to organizations of all sizes across many industries (finance, insurance, retail, banking, media, telecom, etc.). The depth and breadth of this experience gives Ram the ability to view clients' challenges from different perspectives and provide pragmatic solutions.
